Topic: Bridging Psychology and Inclusion: The Evolving Role of Assistants for Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Dr. Ereblir Kadriu holds a PhD in Age and Pedagogical Studies and an MPhil in Psychology and Education from the University of Cambridge. He has worked extensively with organizations such as UNICEF, the European Union, and national ministries across the Western Balkans to design inclusive teacher training programs and youth mental health frameworks. His current research focuses on the intersection of psychological wellbeing, stigma, and access to support services in transitional education systems.

Topic: Bridging Psychology and Inclusion: The Evolving Role of Assistants for Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Dr. Natyra Agani is a licensed clinical psychologist, family therapist, and a specialist in trauma-informed educational practice. Based in Southeast Europe, she has been a leading voice in advocating for holistic psychosocial services in public schools, particularly for children with autism spectrum conditions and learning differences. Her interdisciplinary work combines clinical intervention models with behavioral science and positive psychology.
